A way to access remote support by simply clicking the number button provided by the agent. It’s highly accessible and the most commonly used one-click method.

Enter verification code

A way to access remote support by entering a randomly generated, 6-digit verification code given by the agent. Unauthorized access can be prevented as only the users with the verification code is granted access.
